Fire Investigation Unit

The City of Turlock Fire Investigation Unit works to determine the cause and origin of suspicious fires. The unit performs fire scene investigations, collects and maintains evidence, conducts interviews with witnesses and suspects, makes arrests, and files criminal charges with the District Attorney's office. The Fire Investigation Unit is compiled of members from the Turlock Fire and Turlock Police Departments.
